DELIVERY
Green Contour is not responsible for additional taxes and fees charged by certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to find out about any restrictions, duties, taxes or other charges levied by the destination country before placing an order.
1. Delivery charges
Delivery within France is free of charge.
For French overseas departments and territories, Europe and the rest of the world, delivery is at the price indicated by our carrier, depending on the destination.
2. Delivery time
The delivery time includes the time it takes to prepare the package for your order, and the delivery time by the carrier.
The delivery time is extended when impediments arise for which we cannot be held responsible.
With some exceptions, orders placed before 11:30 a.m. are shipped on same day (except weekends). Orders placed after 11:45 a.m. will be shipped the next business day. Then, the delivery time varies depending on the carrier. In meenne, the package is delivered within a week maximum in mainland France. For the French Overseas Territories and abroad, the delivery time will be longer.
Green Contour cannot be held responsible for external events impacting delivery. However, we remain available to monitor these possible disputes.
The customer should follow their order via their customer area. If a package is returned to the sender for non-complaint or incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, it will not be reshipped and the order will be refunded, excluding transport costs.
For any returns, Green Contour will charge additional shipping costs.
3. Delivery control
The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered product and to make the necessary reservations on the carrier's Delivery Note.
4. Complaints
Any customer who notices a delivery dispute has a complaint period with our customer service of 48 to 72 hours from the delivery date. Requests must be accompanied by photographs of the damaged package.
Once this period has passed, weWe reserve the right not to be able to respond favorably to the customer's request.
