Return and exchange conditions

The customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal.

The return must be made in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition, no later than 30 days (with proof of deposit) following receipt of the order. 

In the event of withdrawal, the customer may request a refund of their order excluding shipping costs and return costs incurred.

In the event of an exchange, the customer is invited to reorder on the site and return the original product so that Green Contour can reimburse it.

Refunds are made within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the product, crediting the payment method used.

Packages whose receipt shows a defective or incomplete condition cannot be refunded.

The return package remains the responsibility of the customer until its arrival in the Green Contour warehouse.
